Everything Your Fleet Needs. One Partner.

A full-time compliance person costs $70–100K a year. ClaimShield handles your entire fleet for a fraction of that — with a dedicated consultant who actually knows your drivers.

Dedicated Safety Consultant

Your own compliance expert who knows your drivers by name. When you call, a person answers — not a queue. They manage your compliance so you manage your business.

MVR Monitoring

Continuous checks across all 50 state DMV databases. License suspensions, violations, and revocations flagged automatically — before they become audit findings.

PSP Screening

FMCSA safety history checks on every driver before you hire. Know exactly who you're putting behind the wheel.

Drug & Alcohol Testing

Random selection pools, specimen collection scheduling, MRO review, Clearinghouse reporting, return-to-duty management. Every step of your D&A program, handled.

Employment Verification

Thorough previous employer investigation per FMCSA 391.23 requirements. We handle the contacts, documentation, and follow-ups.

CDLIS Screening

Commercial driver's license verification across all states. Confirm credentials are valid, current, and not suspended in any jurisdiction.

Safety Training (LMS)

102 custom courses on our own platform. Drivers complete training on any device, on their schedule. You see completions in real time. No third-party LMS fees.

Safety Scores & CS Reports

FMCSA BASIC score tracking, trend analysis, and compliance status reporting. Know exactly where your fleet stands — before an auditor does.

Plus: Subrogation Recovery, Litigation Management, Clearinghouse Management, and more.

Why This Matters
1 in 4

nuclear verdicts exceeding $10 million involve a commercial trucking company. Insurance costs are trending upward. Non-compliance isn’t a fine — it’s existential.

Compliance isn’t paperwork. It’s how your business survives.

Why Carriers Choose ClaimShield

A full-time compliance person costs $70–100K a year. Most small carriers can’t justify that. ClaimShield handles compliance for your entire fleet at a fraction of the cost.

One Partner, One Fee

No more juggling five vendors for five services. One monthly fee per driver covers everything — MVRs, PSPs, drug testing, training, safety scores, and a dedicated consultant. No surprise bills.

A Consultant Who Knows Your Name

Your dedicated safety consultant learns your fleet, your drivers, and your business. When you call, you talk to someone who knows the situation — not a ticket system.

Technology That Works in the Background

License expirations tracked automatically. Violations flagged the moment they appear. Missing records identified before an audit does. Our systems run continuously — you only hear from us when something needs attention.

“The result for us has been improved safety scores and a better insurance loss ratio. The cost savings goes right to our bottom line.”

Chris G.
President, TC Transport Inc

“We now have a partner, someone in our corner, and a service team that is proactive not reactive. What was once the largest aggravation is now nothing more than an email or phone call and done.”

About ClaimShield

Built on Relationships. Backed by Expertise.

90% of U.S. carriers operate fewer than 20 trucks — but face the same compliance requirements as 500-truck fleets. ClaimShield was built to close that gap.

Based in Greenwood, Indiana, our team brings over 100 years of combined experience in trucking safety, OSHA compliance, and regulatory consulting. We designed our systems from scratch — not patched together from legacy tools — so compliance works as a connected system, not a collection of disconnected tasks.

We’re not a software platform that leaves you to figure it out. We’re not a call center that puts you on hold. We answer the phone, and the person who answers knows your fleet.

Common Questions

Straightforward answers. No runaround.

What services does ClaimShield provide?

We provide comprehensive safety compliance for trucking companies: dedicated safety consultants, MVR monitoring, PSP screening, CDLIS verification, employment verification (VOE), drug & alcohol testing, safety training through our own LMS, safety score monitoring, and compliance reporting. We also serve OSHA-regulated industries with safety training, consulting, and auditing.

How much does ClaimShield cost?

Pricing varies based on the number of drivers and the specific services your fleet needs. Generally, after a brief conversation, we can provide a proposal. The key point: a full-time compliance person costs $70–100K a year. ClaimShield handles your entire fleet for a fraction of that — with one predictable monthly fee per driver, no hidden costs.

How does billing work? Is there a contract?

ClaimShield bills monthly via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You sign a one-year service agreement. The goal is a partnership that helps you realize sustainably lower insurance costs and a strong safety culture.

How does the service model work?

You work with one person — your dedicated safety consultant. They learn your business quickly, and you develop a real working relationship. If your consultant is unavailable, you can speak with another team member. You're never stuck in a call center queue.

Can partnering with ClaimShield save me money on insurance?

Insurance companies largely underwrite based on your safety scores, insurance losses, and safety profile. ClaimShield works with you month in and month out to improve these three scoreboards, which leads to better insurance outcomes. There are no guarantees, but businesses with a strong safety culture typically get better rates.

What states do you cover?

ClaimShield provides compliance services across all 50 states. While our team is based in Greenwood, Indiana, we monitor driver records, manage drug testing programs, and handle compliance requirements nationwide.
